First, we at Synecare™ would like to congratulate you on your decision to think about receiving chiropractic care!! More and more people are starting to turn to chiropractic because they want a more natural approach to their health while trying to avoid addictive drugs and/or irreversible consequences of surgery. Some patients who have already had surgery are coming to chiropractors to help properly rehabilitate the area in which they have had their surgery to help restore proper motion and function to that area.

After making your appointment with Synecare, the first thing you’ll notice is the friendly staff and instantly relaxing atmosphere. We want your visits with us to be nothing short of positively wonderful! After completing a short questionnaire so that the doctors can get an understanding of your condition and goals, you will be placed in an exam room where you will meet one of the many highly trained doctors of Synecare. After reviewing your health history and doing a comprehensive chiropractic exam, the doctor will determine if Synecare will be able to help you with your condition. If necessary, x-ray, ultrasound, or other diagnostics will be used to help properly diagnose your condition.

When the doctor has reviewed your tests, he/she will then go over the results and show how they relate to your problem and/or goals. They will then outline a customized treatment plan designed for your health problem. This plan may also include a referral to another Synecare team member (physical therapist, medical doctor, massage therapist, etc) who might be better able to assist in some of your care. This is the time in which all of your questions will be addressed. Since the chiropractic approach is very new to some patients, chiropractors really make an effort to explain very thoroughly the cause and effects of their patients problems to them. So please, ask, ask, and ask away!! We want you to fully understand your condition and how we will be working with you to alleviate it. Chiropractic works WITH the patient; therefore, the patient’s involvement is crucial in determining the results.

When both you and the doctor fully understand your problem and plan of attack, you will be ready for your therapy. Synecare offers MANY techniques, therapies, and has an extensive array of advanced equipment that will be used to help you with obtaining optimal results of care. Information cards on these various therapies, and descriptions of some of the equipment, is also available for your knowledge.
