Sept./Oct. 2007 | How to "stress less" for the fall season. 
Here are a few tips Dr. Kim recommends to control those stress levels.

1) Regular Exercise
Get that blood flowing and get your body to make some of those feel good chemicals called, ENDORPHINS. You'll look great and get a natural high at the same time.

2) Meditation Practice
Just remember practice makes perfect. Start off by doing a couple minutes a day, then increase the time as you wish. And no, you do not have to sit in "sitting lotus" or "human pretzel" position to meditate. Just be comfortable and let your mind be free.

3) Yoga, TaiChi or ChiGong
Or any other movement exercise...These practices will not only keep you in great physical shape, but will keep your mind healthy too. Try the "Sun Salute", there's nothing more energizing in the morning.
